The Smoky Mountains area in Tennessee is home to many different mountain coasters.

One of those is right in Gatlinburg as you begin to enter downtown – the Ripley’s Moonshine Coaster.

The mountain coaster allows guests to control the rate of speed while taking in the sights of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg all at the same time. Each coaster “cart” can accommodate two people – if a young child needs to ride with a parent.

In some of the other posts for Ripley’s attractions, we would recommend getting a combo ticket on their website. There are a number of combo ticket options that would include a varying number of Ripley’s attractions. Each of the combo tickets have the Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies as a requirement – but then the other attraction options are decided by the guest!
