Gatlinburg Landing is a vacation rental 20 minutes east of downtown Gatlinburg. Part of the Fairways Condominium community, we are located about a mile after the entrance to the Cobbly Nob community with a “front and center” sweeping view of the the Great Smoky Mountains from the expansive deck.
Plenty of Space to Unwind
Gatlinburg Landing is approximately 1,330 square feet in size. A very large and open floor plan awaits showcasing the mountain views from the living room, dining area, sleeping area, and kitchen. The living room has a 55-inch Roku smart TV for your streaming apps, an electric fireplace, and a pull-out sofa. The sleeping area has a king size memory foam mattress. The condo also offers a washer and dryer for use during your stay and many other amenities too numerous to list here!
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
A master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity. The room is equipped with a king size bed, a 43-inch Roku smart TV, makeup station, chest of drawers, bath robes, and a large walk-in closet. The second sleeping area is in the main living area with a direct view of the mountains. This area also has a king size bed with blue led light accents on the top and bottom.
Community Pools & Courts
The Cobbly Nob community includes three pools and a playing court. The playing court has a basketball hoop and two pickleball courts. One of the pools and the playing courts (Birdie Ln) are about 2.2 miles from the condo. The “Picadilly” and “Sunshine” pools are about 1.5 miles (5 minutes) up the mountain.
