Please note that the condominium complex is about a half mile up some steeper inclines. Our typical 4-cylinder sedan navigates this terrain with no trouble when roads are clear, but we would recommend having a vehicle equipped with all-wheel-drive (or four-wheel-drive) during seasons where snow might be present.
The condo building does not have elevators. There are stairs that will lead you down to the unit from the parking lot. See our Picture Gallery for more.
About Your Host
My name is Brian and I will be the host during your stay. I do my best to live by the Golden Rule – Do unto others as you would have done to you. This means giving all of our guests exceptional accommodations, attentiveness, and respect.
During your trip, I will be available for any questions that may come up. We provide a number of videos to help guests get to Gatlinburg Landing, know what to expect, and a “how to” video for using some of the amenities. I also personally call guests around 10 am after their first night to be sure guests are off to a good start.
